Terms and Conditions

1. Payment -

All payments must be made within 28 days from submission of invoice or work being completed, which ever occurs first.

If this is breached then 10% will be added to the bill if no acceptable reason is applicable.

For larger jobs and jobs with an extended elapsed time, we will require a deposit of 25 % of the estimate at the start of the contract

This is essentially chargeable for all projects which last longer than two weeks and this deposit payment will be invoiced to the customer.

2. Estimates -

Our estimates are valid for 14 days, as our main materials fluctuate frequently in terms of their price.

Should this occur, then we will issue a new estimate for the customer to confirm, prior to commencement of work.

3. Cancellation of project -

If a job, which has already been agreed is subsequently cancelled for any reason, we reserve the right to levy a 25% re-stocking/cancellation charge which Mt Asphalt has no control over.

4. Guarantee -

Mt Asphalt will give a 10 year guarantee for all works carried out as soon as full payment has been received. Repair work cannot be guaranteed.
